the gap

You're missing a role you can't justify hiring.

Enterprise companies run two roles: a RevOps Manager analysing the numbers, and a CRM admin keeping the platform working. Small to mid-sized businesses usually don't have the resource to power HubSpot properly.

What those two roles do

  • Review pipeline health every week
  • Catch data decay before it spreads
  • Quantify what each gap is costing
  • Fix the config behind it, not just the symptom

What actually happens

  • It's all relying on one person
  • Everything's done manually
  • No insight until the number's missed
  • Priorities set based on best guess

What RevIQ does instead

  • Reviews the whole CRM, every day
  • Catches decay the week it starts
  • Prices every gap in dollars at risk
  • Makes the fix the moment you approve it

the spend

You're paying for all of it. You're using 30% of it.

Most HubSpot accounts turn into a mess and nobody's sure what your workflows do, because the person who built them isn't there to ask.

Expensive when it's not being used properly

You're paying full price for features you're not using, because whoever's meant to do it isn't clear of the queue. RevIQ clears that part.

A list of problems isn't progress

Everyone has a list of things that are wrong. What you need is that list ranked by what it's costing you — and most of it cleared without anyone having to touch it.

the fix

Watched daily. Fixed before it costs you.

RevIQ doesn't hand you a report to read once. Agents watch continuously, and when something starts leaking revenue you get it priced, ranked, and are one click from fixed.

High priority · 03 of 14
$84,000revenue at risk
3 deals stalled past their close date
No activity logged in 40+ days, all single-threaded to one contact. Two also sit in a forecast category that doesn't match their stage, so they're inflating your committed number.

Every finding has a dollar figure

So you know which of fourteen problems is worth clearing first — and what it's costing you to leave the rest.

Fixes, not observations

Named deals, named records, the workflow config — and a one-click apply on everything RevIQ can safely do itself.

Proactive, not passive

RevIQ doesn't wait for you to go looking. The moment something starts to slip, it's queued with the fix already prepared.

Nothing changes without you

Read-only until you grant write access, and every single change waits on your approval. No data ever leaves HubSpot.

the squad

Meet the agents.

Each one owns a stage of the funnel, runs on its own schedule, and only speaks up when it finds something worth your attention — with the fix suggested.

Pipeline Guardian

Watches every open deal for stalls, single-threading, past-due close dates, and forecast categories that don't match reality — then corrects the ones you approve.

$49/mo
Found $84,000 of at-risk pipeline in a typical mid-market CRM.

Data Hygiene Guardian

Free

Duplicates, orphans, incomplete records — the root cause behind each one, and the merge ready to run.

Marketing Performance Analyst

Soon

Finds where the spend stops working and the leads turn to junk — and closes what it can before the budget's gone.

Onboarding Watchdog

Soon

Catches new customers who've gone quiet after signup — before it turns into a churn risk nobody saw coming.

Churn Risk Detector

Soon

Flags the customers who've gone quiet before they cancel — ranked by what losing them would actually cost.

the question we get

"Isn't this the same as Breeze?"

Fair question, and worth answering properly, because the difference isn't what they can do. It's who notices there's something important to do.

HubSpot Breeze

Does what you ask, when you ask it

Drafts the email, summarises the call, enriches the record, builds the report you asked for. It's a copilot sitting next to you while you work — and it's genuinely good at that.

The assumption: your CRM is set up correctly, and you already know what you're trying to do.
RevIQ

Spots what you'd never think to ask

Nobody asks Breeze "is my lifecycle staging broken?" — because you'd have to already suspect it. RevIQ is doing the suspecting, and it turns up with the fix rather than the finding.

The assumption: nobody has audited this in a while, and something in here is costing you money.
the maths

What it costs to fix your CRM.

Three ways to stop the leaks, and what each one costs.

RevIQFix plan
Typical cost
$449/mo
Detection from $99/mo.
What the money buys
The watching — and the fixing it can safely do itself.
Who actually does it
RevIQ, every day — for anything that's a config or data change.
Best when
Always. It clears the small stuff before it turns into a project that needs a quote.
Agency retainerMid-tier
Typical cost
$5,000/mo
Typical Australian HubSpot retainer.
What the money buys
Senior expertise on demand, without hiring anyone.
Who actually does it
The retainer clock goes on builds and fixes. Monitoring is usually a quarterly audit.
Best when
You need a rebuild, a migration, or a strategy — the work RevIQ shouldn't touch.
In-house RevOps hireFull-time
Typical cost
$11,000/mo
$120k base, plus superannuation.
What the money buys
A person who owns it end to end, including the parts no tool should.
Who actually does it
In theory, daily. In practice, watching loses to the build queue.
Best when
RevOps is genuinely a full-time job. Most mid-market isn't.
outcomes

What good actually looks like.

Not "AI-powered insights." Four things that change in your business.

01

Pipeline you can trust

Stalled and single-threaded deals get caught while they're still recoverable, and the workflow that stops it recurring goes in the same week — not in a post-mortem after the quarter closes.

02

A CRM that stays clean

No more scrambling to clean out or update junk records. Duplicates and orphan records get cleared as they appear — and the form or integration creating them is named, so the root cause gets fixed.

03

You know what to prioritise

Every issue arrives ranked by dollars at risk. Your people get their time back for the strategic work that actually moves the number.

04

Getting real results from HubSpot

HubSpot gets used to its full potential. You stop paying enterprise prices for a CRM that's running more like a spreadsheet.

questions

Answered plainly.

Different job. Breeze does what you ask it to, and does it well — but you have to know to ask. Breeze won't tell you a rogue integration has added 20,000 non-marketable contacts and pushed you into a higher tier. RevIQ is the one that notices, prices it, and offers to fix it. The difference isn't what it can do, it's whether anyone thought to ask.

No — that's the entire point. Agents run in the background and only speak up when something needs a decision, with the fix already prepared. If your CRM is healthy, you won't hear from us at all.

Read-only to begin with, and it stays that way until you decide otherwise. If you want RevIQ to fix things rather than just find them, write access is a separate permission you grant deliberately — and can revoke at any time. Either way, nothing leaves HubSpot. We don't export your records.

Only what you approve, one item at a time. Configuration and data changes — a workflow, a property, a forecast category, a duplicate merge. It won't email your customers, delete records, or touch billing, quotes or payments. Anything needing real judgement comes to you with the groundwork already done, not as a job to start from scratch.

No — and we'd be sceptical of anything claiming it did. RevIQ takes the volume of small configuration and data fixes that fill an admin's week: the stall alert, the mismatched forecast category, the duplicate that keeps reappearing. What it doesn't do is the work you actually hired them for — designing the lifecycle, shaping the reporting, being the one person everyone comes to when something breaks. The realistic outcome is that your admin spends their time on that instead of the queue, and you don't need to hire a second one to keep up.

You see exactly what it intends to change before it runs, and nothing runs without you approving that specific change. Every write is logged. Being straight about the limits: where RevIQ has created something new, removing it is one click. Where it has edited an existing value, you'd restore that the way you would any other change in HubSpot — which is precisely why we're conservative about which of those RevIQ offers to make at all.

A one-off look at your live HubSpot — leaks quantified in dollars, ranked by priority — while you wait for RevIQ itself to launch. It's read-only and there's no obligation to use RevIQ afterwards. If your CRM's in good shape, we'll tell you that too.

Three tiers. Data Hygiene stays free permanently — no trial clock, no card. Watch is $99/month per agent if you only want the finding. Fix is $449/month for everything, including one-click execution on what RevIQ can safely do itself. Billed monthly, cancel whenever, and waitlist members lock in founding pricing. Launch timing depends on demand from exactly this page, which is the honest answer.
